I love the area because the air force base brings so many wonderful people into the community! Another positive aspect of the area is the small town warm feeling of those who have lived in the area their whole lives! This small Idaho town is a close knit community where friends are made easily.

I have experience working with new construction, residential, re-location, and land. If you have any real estate needs, I would love to work with you to find the right home! I enjoy working with first time home buyer's. Reason being, I like to educate people on the "in's and out's" of home buying. There are a lot of issues to consider when purchasing a home, and helping people know the ramifications of buying or investing is a great feeling! I feel education is the key to making such a big decision.Regarding education I am a Realtor and am currently working on my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, along with getting my associate brokers license. My goal is to have those completed by the end of 2008. I also have a bachelor's degree from Liberty University, VA., have been a foster parent since 1996, have been a personal trainer, co-owned a health club and was a volunteer EMT-1.
